Q. What time is check in?
A.  Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., as that gives us time to have the condo thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check-out is 10:00 a.m., as that gives us time for the cleaning staff to thoroughly cleaned after your departure for the next guest.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. We love pets too but they are not allowed in our condo.  Due to our condo being used by vacationers through the year, we have to be conscious of things like allergies, damage, noise, etc.  Our condo associations also do not allow pets in the complexes.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people comfortably. There is a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Deposit will be refunded if a written cancellation is received up to thirty (30) days prior to reservation arrival date for weekly  or biweekly stays. Deposit will be refunded if a written cancellation is received up to sixty (60) days prior to the reservation arrival date for monthly or longer stay.
Q. How does the security deposit work?

A. The security deposit is a fee collected to ensure the vacation rental is returned to the same conditions that it was when you arrived. This fee is 100% refundable providing there are no damages found to the unit. After your departure, your deposit will be returned 7-10 days.


Q. When is my balance due?

A. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Once I receive the rental balance I will email you the Vacationer's Welcome package. This contains all the information and access codes for accessing the unit.

Q. How do I check-in to the condo unit?
A. Once I receive the rental balance I email the Vacationer's Welcome package to you. This contains the key codes to access the "Lock Box" containing the keys to the unit.
Q. How do I check-out of the condo unit?
A. Please review the posted checklist on the refrigerator.
  • Please make sure you wash all dirty dishes. The unit is equipped with a dishwasher make sure you at least start the washing cycle.
  • Take all trash to the trash room located on the ground floor.
  • Strip the beds sheets and start the wash.
  • Gather used towels together and leave in tub/showers.
  • Turn thermostat down to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
  • Check the unit for forgotten personal items. The most common places where people forget items are drawers, closets, electronics plugged to outlets (such as chargers, personal videogames etc)
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Return key to lockbox.
Q. Does the condo have sheets/linens?
A. The unit is stocked with fresh sheets, towels and extra blankets.
Q. Does the kitchen have cooking equipment?
A. The kitchen has all the basic cooking equipment (i.e. pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware).
Q. Does the condo have beach chairs and toys?
A. The condo does have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella. It does not have beach toys you will need to bring your own.
